My sister was married in Spain two years ago by Rab David Harrison from Jerusalem. Now, unfortunately, she and her husband had decided to get divorced. There is agreement betwen them in this regard. The problem is that there is no "Rabbanut" where they live (that is the reason that Rab Harrison kindly travelled there to marry them). They want to know what is the procedure for them to get properly divorced.

they should ask the cheef rabbi of spain, he will be happy to help them. if they can't reach him, they can be in touch with rav yosef carmel from jerusalem, his institute is called
'eretz hemda'
